Park Place Apartments placed a new management team to ensure residents will have a beautiful and comfortable living space. Our team will conduct major renovations for our 27-unit community. Upgrades include the complex’s interiors, exteriors, mechanical systems, and amenities.
Aside from this, we will create a new park setting for our residents. This will allow tenants to have a space where they can relax, exercise, or meet up with friends or other renters.
